Returns & Exchanges

At IZONE, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

 

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • No scratches, damage, or SIGNS OF USE.

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Return & Exchange Fees

For approved returns or exchanges (except in case of incorrect items), a return/exchange shipping fee of 80 EGP will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This fee covers handling and shipping costs.

If the item received was incorrect, no return/exchange fee will be charged.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

-Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

-GIFT PACKAGE SET is not eligible for returns.

-Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


-Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
